The first two verses (in italics) are Quenya. Extract from "Galadriel's
lament" (The Fellowship of the Ring), which is Used
in the soundtrack of "The Two Towers", Track 17
"Isengard Unleashed."
The last verse of the poem is an adaptation of Legolas' words in
TTT when he cries over Merry and Pippin, after the encounter with
the Rohirrim.

Helm's deep is your last battle

You fall into the night, everything is lost
Tiro i gûr. Andelu i ven.
But don't fear. Your part is achieved
You will not fade. Your memory will stay.
Arda will remember your sacrifice Edhilion.

Middle-earth will remember your sacrifice Son of the Elves.
